Failing ESTA Pro

One of our ESTA Pro monitors has started playing up, where by it powers on but then sits at the blinking cursor.

Is this a sign of a hardware failure, such as the internal disk/SSD?

Anyone know of any diagnostic steps to get to the CLI/troubleshoot the custom Linux build?
