Error from frame?!

Dear forum members,

We have a target MF5, and we used from PC webbrowser. One day a fault happened. When I open the webbrowser, and open the page, its writing "es besteht keine Verbindung zum messrahmen [IP]. Ware auf Verbindung....

Update: the log show: mf4ax: can not deremine EST type; ET: no est found.

Is it a simple cable problem in the target?

How can I repair it?

Sound like a hardware problem of the EST. Please contact support@meyton.eu
