[solved] Cleaning Problems and F8 Numerical Changes

There was a problem that it was not recognized. F8 levels were up to 6. I cleaned it and rebooted, but F8 showed no change. I did 6 cleaning and confirmed that there is no foreign substance in the laser sensor, but there is no change in the value. What is the solution?

what kind of EST? For the MF5R1 and MF4R1 (the small ESTs) you need also to clean the inside of the upper aperture plates. Have a look at the manual "Cleaning the MF5R1 and the MF5R1BM" at http://support.meyton.info -> Manuals

Are the perspex screens undammaged?

Is there a possibility for a remote servicing?

The model name we are using is MF5R1. I have tried several cleaning methods in the manual that you have given me. The result is that the value of F8 still does not disappear even after rebooting. If i calculate correctly the 8 hours difference means Asia region.

I finished my busy schedule and did some tests on my own before applying for remote control.

First, change EST IP

Second, the latest software(4.8.0m) updates.

Amazing results.

Measurement frame F8 The numeric value is changed to 0.

We continued testing. Results will work normally.

It is being used until now without any abnormality.
