ShootMasterII not loading

I have just updated our control PC to OpenSuse 15.5
I am now trying to load ShootMaster 5.3 But it will not completly load. It stops at Hardware analysis- Workstation.
It shows RED line on "Network controller(eth0) Available Available Intel Corporation (7) i219-V (rev 10) ".
Do I need to just update driver for this card or will I need to rplace this card?
note I have changed the name of this card to "eth0" with 2nd install of openSuse but that did not help.
please also note this PC worked fine prior to install of openSuse 15

Did you update openSUSE from an older version to 15.5? Or did you do a fresh installation of openSUSE?

Updates of openSUSE are not supported by Meyton. You always have to do a fresh installation of openSUSE as describes in the manuals in the Meyton Download Portal.

Yes I did a fresh installation of 15.5 which was dowm load directly from your web suite.
Please note that this PC worked with an older system?!

Do you run the ShootMaster software in a virtual machine or something? Could you send a picture of the hardware analysis to our supoort department? The mail address is support@meyton.eu.
