[solved] Accessing service screen

Hi, I am new and have an older MF4R1 which is old and has limited support.
It will no longer detect shots and I want to be able to access the service menu to see the sensor status as per Illustration 16 on page 24 in the pdf here:

The document says to press any 2 buttons on the controller to get into service menu but this does not do anything.

Is there another method to get into the service menu for a single frame setup?

Hi, I think the manual you have downloaded is outdated. Please try to press the competition button (red button) for 5-10 seconds. Then the service menu should appear.
